The website is operated by Pinnacle Technologies, with offices in Windhoek, Namibia; Cape Town, South Africa. References to "Pinnacle Tech", "we", and "us" mean Pinnacle Technologies.

These terms cover website use. Specific projects are governed by a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other written contract agreed with you. Where a signed project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement.

Website purpose

This website provides information about our services, approach, and contact details. Content is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, security, or technical advice for your particular circumstances, and it does not create a client relationship by itself.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website in a way that breaks applicable law or infringes another person’s rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.

Client work, source code, designs, and deliverables remain subject to the ownership and licence terms in the relevant project agreement.

Enquiries and proposals

Sending an enquiry does not oblige either party to proceed. Quotes, timelines, and scope shared before a signed agreement are indicative unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing. Final commercial terms are set out in the documents we ask you to approve before work starts.

Services and results

Technology projects depend on requirements, access, third party systems, and decisions outside our sole control. We work carefully and professionally, but we do not guarantee particular business outcomes, rankings, revenue, uptime of third party platforms, or that a solution will be uninterrupted or error free unless a signed agreement states specific service commitments.

Third party links and tools

The website may link to third party sites or reference third party products. Those resources are outside our control. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. A link does not mean we endorse the destination.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available, but we may suspend, change, or discontinue parts of it without notice for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.
